  • Engaging in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or hacking tools
  • Using excessive server resources that affect service stability

5. Payment and Billing

All payments must be made in advance via credit/debit cards. Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, cyber threats, or unforeseen technical issues.

7. Data Security and Backups

While we take security seriously, we do not guarantee absolute data protection. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We offer optional backup services at an additional cost.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Non-payment or payment disputes
  • Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Legal or regulatory compliance requirements

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Domain registrations, renewals, and dedicated servers are non-refundable.
